So I got this quilt from my favorite thrift store a few months ago and had intended to just fix the few holes and use it around here. WELL….I was looking at it yesterday after I brought it in off of the line and thought how pretty the colors were, what a nice skirt it would make. Well, how about I just make a skirt out of it. I have been looking for a REEEEEEALLY warm patchy skirt to wear…..

That’s all I have today. I am kinda tired today. I have a few projects going right now on top of some household purging of things and clothes. I may not be posting as often, though I will be keeping up with my photo blog…I’ll try to get something on here now and again, but it will be a bit downtime this week.
That is cool!!! I love the skirt. I never would’ve in my life thought to do that with a quilt. My hubby just brought home 6 tattered quilts that his grandma made, one might just make me a skirt
